Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area ; certificate of participation, coffee breaks and lunches according to the program. The networking dinner is not included and has to be booked separately (see above)

Cancellation & Refunds

In the event of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the event, a refund will be issued, minus an administrative fee of CHF 60.00. After this period, no refunds will be possible. Administrative fees will also apply to no-shows. Please note that any data collected will not be shared with third parties and will only be used to promote events organized by us. The legal jurisdiction for this agreement is Lausanne.

Upon registration you will receive a written confirmation together with the banking details for the payment. A payment by credit card is requested for foreign registration.
